Rare disorders including those of genetic origin, are life threatening, chronically debilitating diseases which are of such low prevalence that special combined efforts are needed to address them.
We welcome individual or a parent with a child diagnosed with a Rare Disease to register with us, please the form from below link and fill it up. You may send it to the mailing address on the form or email the completed forms to us.
Please attach your (or your child’s) diagnosis report with the registration form when sending in to us.
Kindly note that RDSS only accept people diagnosed with rare diseases to be our beneficiaries.
